Quotes & Orders

• All quotes provided by CRB are valid for 15 business days unless stated otherwise.

• Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment (or as agreed) and final artwork approval.

• Once the production process has begun, changes or cancellations are not permitted without incurring additional costs.

Production & Turnaround Time

• Standard production time varies between 10–20 business days after final proof approval and payment.

• Delays caused by issues such as late payment, artwork revisions, or incomplete information are not the responsibility of CRB.

• Expedited production may be available upon request and may involve additional charges.

Shipping & Delivery

• CRB ships orders via trusted courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).

• All shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

• Damaged shipments must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Please retain all packaging for claims.

Returns & Refunds

• As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds are only applicable if there is a manufacturing error or product defect confirmed by CRB.

• All complaints must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order. Supporting photos and detailed explanation are required for review.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs and order details. CRB is not liable for errors missed in approved artwork or specifications.

• Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials included in their artwork.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a formal quote has been accepted.

• Payment terms must be adhered to as outlined in your invoice or contract. Production or shipment may be delayed due to non-payment.

Privacy Policy
