Good quality, fast support, and easy to order.

I had such a great experience ordering custom magnetic closure boxes for my birthday! From the very beginning, their response time was incredibly fast, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. They were also very receptive to my feedback and willing to make adjustments to ensure everything came together the way I envisioned. I truly felt heard throughout the entire process, and the level of customer service was amazing. The finished boxes were beautiful and exactly what I needed for my birthday celebration. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality custom packaging and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right!

Shoutout to Jack and the whole Custom Rigid boxes team. Super professional and responsive. We went back and forth over email over 50+ times to get my packaging looking perfect and sized correctly. A testament to how dedicated and caring he is about the outcome. The packaging arrived quick and looked amazing once it showed. Don't bother looking anywhere else online. Custom Rigid boxes handles it from start to finish. Jack is your guy.
